Contrary to popular trends, doing your own repairs to your home is not recommended

Do yourself a favor and hire a competent, licensed contractor to do it right the first time

These pictures show some of the defects found in various homes

This water puddle, found inside of the main electrical panel, is a disaster waiting to happen

Flue pipes from heating systems and water heaters should be properly sealed to the chimney opening to prevent potential carbon monoxide seepage into the living areas

Proper ventilation in the attic is key to help prolong the life expectancy of your roof and to prevent this type of mold/mildew problems

Concrete block is porous, some of degree of water/moisture seepage is common. However, this picture demonstrates a severe seepage problem due to many different reasons. This degree of seepage also raises concern for potential mold problems

Termite damage is not always obvious nor is it easy to spot, it takes a trained eye to identify problem areas and vulnerable areas

Excessive storage and clutter can also negatively impact attic ventilation and contribute to mold problems

This page is updated periodically to demonstrate other problems/concerns in a home
